Join Our Team as a Machine Supervisor!

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day machine operations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Your leadership will help us meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the machine operators.
• Ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain records of machine operations, production output, and incidents.
• Work alongside management to improve processes and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in machine operations and some supervisory experience. You need to understand how machines work, along with good problem-solving skills. Communication is key, as you’ll be working closely with your team and other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in machine operations.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor machine issues.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
