Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
  • Stay updated on our latest promotions and product offerings.

Requirements
