Your Role

As an iRhythm remote technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients get the best care possible. You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with patients to explain how to use iRhythm devices.
• Providing troubleshooting support over the phone or via chat.
• Ensuring patient data is collected accurately and securely.
• Working with healthcare providers to resolve any issues.
• Documenting all interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
