Location: Audley End House and Gardens, Essex

Type: Full-time, Seasonal Position

Your Role

As a Heritage Visitor Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience at our beautiful estate. You will engage with guests from all walks of life, helping them appreciate our rich heritage. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming visitors and providing informative tours of the estate.
• Creating engaging activities for families and children.
• Assisting in arranging special events and exhibitions.
• Gathering feedback from visitors to improve our services.
