Coffee Farm Manager

Are you passionate about coffee and looking for an exciting new role? We are searching for a Coffee Farm Manager to help us grow and manage our coffee farm. If you enjoy being outdoors, working with nature, and leading a team, this might be the perfect job for you!

Your Role

As our Coffee Farm Manager, you will be in charge of all daily operations on the farm. Your main goal will be to ensure our coffee plants are healthy and produce high-quality beans. You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated workers and collaborate with experts in the field.

What You Will Do

• Oversee planting, growing, and harvesting of coffee crops.
• Implement best practices for sustainable farming.
• Manage farm operations including scheduling, budgeting, and staff training.
• Monitor crop health and apply necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with agronomists and researchers for improved farming techniques.
• Ensure compliance with farming regulations and certifications.
• Manage customer relationships and support sales as needed.

Who You Are

You should be someone who loves coffee and cares about the environment. You enjoy leading a team and have strong communication skills. If you have experience with coffee farming or management, that’s a big plus!

Requirements

• Previous experience in coffee farming or agricultural management.
• Strong knowledge of coffee cultivation and sustainable practices.
• Experience in team management and staff training.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
