To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of energy systems and project lifecycles.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
