Role Overview
As a Community Engagement Officer, your main job will be to build strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Organize and lead job fairs and workshops.
- Provide one-on-one support to job seekers, helping them with resumes and interview prep.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations to enhance our services.
- Promote our services through social media and local events.
- Gather feedback from job seekers and businesses to improve our offerings.
